Favorite Quotes from Lady Mae on Greenleaf

No one on Greenleaf was better at throwing shade than Lady Mae.  She would have at least one memorable quote per episode.  Sometimes she would say something profound and other times she would read someone for filth.

When I think about what my favorite Lady Mae quote was, I have to go with when she told Grace, “looking like you been rode hard and put away wet”, after Grace came home the next morning from a night with Noah. 

I think one reason Lady Mae’s quotes are so memorable is that Lynn Whitfield can deliver a line to perfection.
