Greenleaf is a television drama that debut in 2016 on the Oprah Winfrey Network (OWN) that just recently wrapped up its 3^rd season.   The drama was created by Craig Wright and produced by Oprah Winfrey.  The series stars Merle Dandridge, Lynn Whitfield, and Keith David.  It also co-stars Lamman Rucker, Kim Hawthorne, Deborah Joy Winans, Desiree Ross, Lovie Simone, Tye White, Rick Fox, and Oprah Winfrey.

Greenleaf looks at the scandals and secrets of the Greenleaf family and the mega Memphis church that the family runs.

The series begins with the return home of Grace Greenleaf (Merle Dandridge) the estranged daughter of Bishop James Greenleaf (Keith David) and Lady Mae Greenleaf (Lynn Whitfield).   Grace returns home after the mysterious death of her sister Faith.
