Little Tease From Lynn Whitfield About the Greenleaf Spinoff

Craig Wright the creator of Greenleaf stated last year that the Greenleaf spinoff would be built around the character of Lady Mae.   Lynn Whitfield recently did an interview with TVLine and they ask her about what she knew about the Greenleaf spinoff.  She is quoted as saying that Wright is working on it, but she has yet to read a script. 

It sounds like the Greenleaf spinoff is still in the early stages and it will be awhile before it gets on the air.
